<figure class="aligncenter size-large"><img fetchpriority="high" decoding="async" width="1024" height="536" src="https://westendtoday.com.au/wp-content/uploads/2025/12/west-end-1-1-1024x536.png" alt="West End" class="wp-image-16332" srcset="https://westendtoday.com.au/wp-content/uploads/2025/12/west-end-1-1-scaled.png 1024w, https://westendtoday.com.au/wp-content/uploads/2025/12/west-end-1-1-300x157.png 300w, https://westendtoday.com.au/wp-content/uploads/2025/12/west-end-1-1-768x402.png 768w" sizes="(max-width: 709px) 85vw, (max-width: 909px) 67vw, (max-width: 1362px) 62vw, 840px" /><figcaption class="wp-element-caption"><em>Photo Credit: </em><a href="https://www.facebook.com/MirrorballMinistries"><em>Mirrorball Ministries/ Facebook</em></a></figcaption></figure></div>

<p>This new venue comes from the experienced team responsible for the popular Woolloongabba bar &#8220;Can You Keep a Secret?&#8221; and the former South Brisbane spot &#8220;It&#8217;s Still a Secret.&#8221;&nbsp;</p>

<p>They have reimagined the space with a distinct 1980s vintage style that honours the building’s past. A massive mirrorball hangs in the centre of the hall, setting the tone for a &#8220;magical boho&#8221; atmosphere.</p>

<p>The decor also includes warm, homely touches that acknowledge the Greek heritage of the AHEPA Hall. It is designed to be more than just a performance venue; it serves as a gathering spot for catch-up drinks, dancing, and private functions.</p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading"><strong>Spaces for Every Sound</strong></h2>

<div class="wp-block-image">
<figure class="aligncenter size-large"><img decoding="async" width="1024" height="536" src="https://westendtoday.com.au/wp-content/uploads/2025/12/west-end-2-1-1024x536.png" alt="West End" class="wp-image-16336" srcset="https://westendtoday.com.au/wp-content/uploads/2025/12/west-end-2-1-scaled.png 1024w, https://westendtoday.com.au/wp-content/uploads/2025/12/west-end-2-1-300x157.png 300w, https://westendtoday.com.au/wp-content/uploads/2025/12/west-end-2-1-768x402.png 768w" sizes="(max-width: 709px) 85vw, (max-width: 909px) 67vw, (max-width: 1362px) 62vw, 840px" /><figcaption class="wp-element-caption"><em>Photo Credit: </em><a href="https://www.facebook.com/MirrorballMinistries"><em>Mirrorball Ministries/ Facebook</em></a></figcaption></figure></div>

<p>The venue is set up to handle different types of performances and crowds. It features two separate areas, each equipped with its own bar. The Main Room acts as the primary band room with enough space for about 250 people, making it suitable for headline acts and larger shows.&nbsp;</p>

<p>For a more personal experience, the True Love Club (TLC) offers a cosy setting with a capacity of 80 guests. This smaller room is intended for intimate gigs where the audience can get closer to the performers.</p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading"><strong>Supporting the Local Scene</strong></h2>

<div class="wp-block-image">
<figure class="aligncenter size-large"><img decoding="async" width="1024" height="536" src="https://westendtoday.com.au/wp-content/uploads/2025/12/west-end-3-1-1024x536.png" alt="West End" class="wp-image-16337" srcset="https://westendtoday.com.au/wp-content/uploads/2025/12/west-end-3-1-scaled.png 1024w, https://westendtoday.com.au/wp-content/uploads/2025/12/west-end-3-1-300x157.png 300w, https://westendtoday.com.au/wp-content/uploads/2025/12/west-end-3-1-768x402.png 768w" sizes="(max-width: 709px) 85vw, (max-width: 909px) 67vw, (max-width: 1362px) 62vw, 840px" /><figcaption class="wp-element-caption"><em>Photo Credit: </em><a href="https://www.facebook.com/MirrorballMinistries"><em>Mirrorball Ministries/ Facebook</em></a></figcaption></figure></div>

<p>Mirrorball Ministries focuses heavily on the Brisbane music community. The programming includes a wide mix of genres, ranging from jazz and experimental sounds to indie and rock music.&nbsp;</p>

<p>The stage welcomes both emerging local talent and established touring bands. Some events, such as the improvisation sessions known as the &#8220;Church&#8221; series, operate on a donation basis to keep music accessible, while other gigs are ticketed.</p>

<p>Located at 3/126 Boundary St, West End, the venue began operations in October 2025. It is generally open from Wednesday to Friday starting at 4:00 PM, and on weekends from 3:00 PM. Guests driving to the area will find on-street parking nearby.</p>
